The Swedish fintech company Neovici AB has signed a five-year automation contract with Telcel, the largest mobile telecom operator in Mexico. This breakthrough contract has a high strategic value for Neovici´s global expansion activities. Neovici´s Cosmoz, a platform for Financial Process Automation has proven records in automation, reaching a level of 100% according to Customer Requirements. Cosmoz currently handles over $11 billion Euros in total annual payments automation volume.
Telcel, covering 95% of the population in Mexico with almost 80 million users, is regarded as one of the most innovative telecom companies in the world. “Neovici is very proud to enter this long relationship with Telcel. This contract is strategically very important and a starting point for Neovici´s growth in Latin America, says Jan Berggren, CEO of Neovici AB.
Since the launch of its automation platform Cosmoz, Neovici is managing finance automation for more than 2,300 grocery retailers and convenience stores in Scandinavia. Cosmoz reduces the operational workload with more than 90% including significant precision increase and zero tolerance for deviations.
